Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure is another port of a snes game. As usual this is also sadly not as good as its original which also sucked! It’s not bad just not good enough. The problem is that there are so many adventure and platform games that this just doesn’t cut it.  In snes the dad was the hero and now young Henry has to prove himself to be good. You have to move around and swing your rope to pass each level. When I played the game it was a bit of a joy to me, but it’ll depend on you. The game isn’t very hard though. If you go on a lot of car rides then this game will be finished quickly. The graphics are normal for a new game boy advance game, but it is a little dark.  The sound is normal and nothing special. The game play is also average, but it is kind of fun though.  All in all this game is an okay buy.
