This is basically a copy of the original game, which was a classic. There are of course big differences but when I was playing the levels it seemed like they were almost the same as the original. That was weird and didn’t really have me like the game. The good part of the game is that there is a circuit mode and in they’re you race against seven other racers. I really liked doing that and the multiplayer mode has you feel good. I played against two of my friends of course I won. That is just because I was really good at Wave Race 64 and these games are very alike. Another big difference in the games is a very nice new feature. The weather it is very nice and unique. The weather will change very quickly and it looks very cool. Since the graphics are superb compared to its preceder the water looks much better and so do the character. The controls are the same and this game is nice. I think if you need a multiplayer game and a racing one for you GameCube to start with this will be a good choice. In my opinion I enjoyed Luigi’s Mansion more but it is your choice. |
